marinated fennel, spring onions and summer carrots with lavender tomato water served with crispy brie

crisp beet green laver bread
nori rolled and dipped in oats served with caramelised beetroot, kalamata olives and horseradish sauce v

samphire warm salad
sauté samphire, marinated fennel, beet greens and roasted pistachios with smoked paprika dressing v/n/g

courgette flower fritters
deep fried battered courgette flower with local goat cheese and marjoram filling wit maitreya golden leaves and cherry tomatoes

main course

breton artichoke heart
slow cooked artichoke heart gratinated with an artichoke and tarragon velouté and pine nuts. Served with broad beans, caramelised beetroot, and tarregon marinated cherry tomato vegan option /g/n

charred aubergine, sweet corn and cashew nut roulade
served with melon and optional feta salad, savoury blackcurrant and anise dressingi  vegan option /g/n

roast sweet potato, pistachio and red onion tarte tatin
with applewood smoked cheddar served with confit red pepper and basil dressing n

charred summer skewers
red onion, courgette, red pepper and halloumi skewers marinated in hickory, served with double couscous, fresh legumes and sauté caballero radish, gooseberry and mint dressing

provencal strudel
crisp layered filo bake with vine mixed peppersm marjoram, courgette and roast pistachio. served with sauté samphire and tomato garlic sauce v/n optional somerset goats cheese crotin
