aromatic coconut based broth with lemon grass, ginger, salsify and pak choi. served with a trio of june's artisan sushi v/g

dandelion and pistachio salad
with crisp sautéed marinated jerusalem artichoke, orange and thyme dressing and optional halloumi v/g/n

sautéed beet green laver bread
nori and oat rolled served with caramelised baby beetroot, petit luc olives and horseradish cream v/g

grilled crotin of somerset goats cheese
with caramelised beetroot, passion fruit sauce and fresh leaf basil g

main course

sage gnocchi
served with a west country cider and sage broth, poached baby vegetables, parsley root with caramelised apple and crispy cashew nut croutes v/n

ashdown foresters organic mature cheese and pecan tortellini
with steamed broccolli, red chilli, rosemary and cranberry butter n

choux pastry gougere
served with slow orange braised fennel, crisp butternut squash, pearl lasblue cheese sauce, roasted pistachio and fresh blueberries n

sweet potato and rhubarb gratinée
individual layered bake served with sautéed chestnut mushrooms and hazelnut sauce v/g/n
